This website is not a crisis service and is not monitored 24/7. Submitting a form does not connect you to a clinician in real time. Please allow 24–48 hours for a response.

Anything written on this website is for general information only — it is not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment recommendation. Reading the website does not create a therapist-client relationship. A therapeutic relationship begins only after a formal intake and signed agreement with Soft Power Psychotherapy.

Soft Power Psychotherapy provides individual, couples, family, and child/adolescent therapy via secure telehealth, by clinicians licensed in Texas and New Jersey. Services are subject to availability and licensure.

Submitting a contact form is an inquiry — it does not guarantee an appointment, an intake, or acceptance as a client. We may decline to provide services at our professional discretion (for example, if a need is outside our scope or licensure).

When you submit our contact form, the information you provide is stored in our GoHighLevel account so we can respond. Our Privacy Policy explains exactly what we collect and how we use it.

We use the information you share only to respond to your inquiry and follow up about therapy services. We may reach out by phone or email using the contact details you provide. If you would prefer we stop contacting you, just tell us — by phone, email, or by replying to any message from us.

Please do not include detailed protected health information in the form. Once you become a client, all clinical communication moves to our secure HIPAA-compliant systems.

Please do not:

- Submit information that is not yours, or impersonate someone else

- Use the contact form to send spam, advertisements, or solicitations

- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the website

We may decline to respond to or block submissions that violate these terms.

The content on this website — text, design, photography, layout — belongs to Soft Power Psychotherapy. Please don't copy, repost, or republish it without our written permission. Linking to a page is fine.
