FAQ

Common questions.

What approaches do you use for trauma?

We use evidence-based treatments including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Trauma-Focused CBT, and mindfulness-based approaches. Treatment is always paced to what feels safe for you.

How long does trauma therapy take?

Every person's healing timeline is different. Some clients see meaningful shifts in 8–12 sessions, while others benefit from longer-term work. Your therapist will collaborate with you on pacing.

Do I have to talk about my trauma right away?

No. We begin with safety and stabilization. You will never be pushed to share more than you're ready for.
